Online and Phone Orders
We accept:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover Brand Cards (including Diners Club Int'l and China UnionPay)
Mail Order
We do not accept personal checks or money orders for online orders. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
Direct Billing Accounts
We do offer direct billing accounts for select customers outside of Colorado. If you're interested in filling out a credit application, please call us at 1-866-402-1831 x 2 and ask to speak to a Customer Care Representative. Processing your credit application may take up to 2 weeks.
Sales Tax
Eco-Products may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws.
Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state.
Tax Exempt Organizations
Per IRS regulations we need a copy (yup, good old fashion paper copy) of your tax exempt certification on file at Eco-Products. You can fax your certification to: 303-449-1877 attn: Customer Care.
We will refund taxes billed within the past six months once we receive the paper copy of your tax certification.
We are updating our site to include tax exempt status options and ask for your patience during this time.
In the meantime, there are three ways to place your tax exempt order:
- Place your order online and add a note in Step 3 indicating you will be faxing a copy of your tax exempt certification
- Call Customer Care and place a phone order 1-866-402-1831 x 2
- Fax or email an order to Customer Care at 303-449-1877 or customercare@ecoproducts.com
International Orders
We do not ship or distribute internationally at this time.
