Returns & Exchanges

Every item you purchase at Eco-Products is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You can return or exchange your item by mail.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns, in addition product must be received in re-salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees to originating warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.

How to return an item:

1. Please call Customer Care at 1-866-402-1831 x 2 and request a Return Authorization form.
2. Please fill out the Return Authorization form. Include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
   • Name
   • Account number (if applicable)
   • Address
   • Phone number
   • E-mail address
   • When, where and by whom the purchase was made
   • Reason for the return
   • Purchase price of the item(s)
3. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit.
4. Insure the package for your protection.
